Purpose: 

To ensure continuous improvement through auditing operational (Project and Cluster) processes and initiating corrective actions with involved internal stakeholders to safeguard profitability for Oceanco and its Shareholder.

What will your challenges be?

• Quality Assurance

Ensure continuous improvement of the process, procedures and standards of the organization and its stakeholders. Embed and safeguard the uniform way of working and enforcing this via internal audits to contribute to OSBIT (profitability) and create value for the organization, its Shareholder and its clients.

Audit and monitor execution Excellence with specific attention for project and cluster controls including:
-       Adherence to standards and procedures;

-       Follow-up on the organizational agenda;

-       Performance on cost estimation, budgeting, manpower and contingency;

-       Risk Management;

-       Change Management

Analyse audit findings and write audit reporting including advice for improvement. Priorities will be:
-       Support Manager QHSE & Process Improvement in establishing the Auditing structure and organization including templates.

-       Identify project specific non-compliance versus structural non-compliance for all aspects of cluster and project activities;

-       Identify opportunities within the internal organization but also with stakeholder processes;

-       Identify options for standardization or streamlining;

-       Discuss audit findings and propose corrective measures in close cooperation with involved Project or Cluster Director;

-       Implement audit findings independently within given authorization and monitor timely follow-up;

-       Summarize Oceanco risk based on audit finding and advise Manager QHSE & Process Improvement on priorities

Procedures, standards and cost awareness
-       Ensure use of Oceanco templates for new procedures and standards;

-       Maintain the Oceanco data base of standards;

-       Approve new procedures and standards based on approval flow;

-       Cross check new standards and procedures for compliancy and correct referencing;

-       Challenge and educate employees on continuous improvement and cost awareness;

-       Propose corrective measure on audit findings within the organization;

-       Support commercial request for standards and procedures

• Representation

Provide high level standards at all times and places, all in line with procedures and guidelines, and if necessary, take corrective actions. Safeguard the privacy of clients and the confidentiality of data, information and yachts.

• Reporting

Ensure timely and correct reporting to Manager QHSE and Process Improvement on audit findings and agreed upon KPI”s.


What do we ask for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably within a similar technical environment
• Lead auditor ISO 9001, 45001 with relevant experience, including supplier audits
• You recognise yourself in the following competencies: Organisation engagement, Autonomy, Exactitude, Helicopter view
• Good command of written and spoken English 
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications / SharePoint 365
