What will be your challenge?
In this role you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Advice, support and assist responsible management and/or Directors in carrying out their HR management responsibilities within the given boundaries of staff manual, collective labor agreement and legislation.
- Guide and support all levels of the organisation on all possible HR related topics including employment termination cases.
- Functionally lead, delegate to and support HR Officer and/or HR Assistant in the execution of their operational HR tasks.
- Liaise frequently with Manager Compensation & Benefits.
- Write and/or check related HR correspondence in different languages and ensure required high quality of outgoing correspondence (e.g. lay-out, language, style, accuracy).
- Keep up-to-date with developments in human resources practises and related legislation.
- Lead HR projects in the assigned area of expertise to continuously develop and professionalize HR systems and/or procedures.
- Write business case and budget for assigned project.
- Lead, participate in and/or advice in change management processes.
- Writing HR policies, systems and work instructions.
- Develop, build and maintain working relationships internally and externally demonstrating professional credibility in order to be recognized by all parties as a HR professional.
What do we ask for?
- Higher Vocational Education (Business administration/HR) with relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- You recognise yourself in the following competences; Helicopter view, organisation engagement, giving responsibility, conflict management.
- You are pro-active and problem-solving in your approach
- You are a proud and passioned professional that is eager to learn
- A good command of written and spoken English and Dutch
