Oceanco specialises in building large custom yachts up to 140 meters in length. Offering a highly personalised service to clients, Oceanco applies innovative design and technology to create one-of-a-kind bespoke yachts that respect the vision of both the Owner and the designer.

We are a project-oriented management company outsourcing the main yacht building packages to our strategic co-makers. It is with pride and passion that we guide our clients through the journey to build his/her perfect yacht. Purpose:

You will support the HR team in a range of topics, having the opportunity to enhance your HR skills.

Activities you might be involved in include:

• Reporting Absence Management: Gaining insight into how we support employees who are ill, in accordance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act, and providing support in these cases
• HR Administration: Supporting daily HR tasks, such as maintaining personnel files and performing other administrative duties
• Employer Branding: Assisting with the coordination of both international and national Employer Branding initiatives
• Recruitment & Selection: Assisting in candidate sourcing, application screening, and coordinating interview scheduling for various roles

What do we ask for?

• Currently living and studying in the Netherlands
• Available for 15 - 20 hours per week
• An ambitious student of Business Administration, HRM, Organizational Psychology, Psychology or other closely related areas
• Interested in the maritime industry and/or yacht building industry
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications / Sharepoint 365
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Dutch speaking preferred, but not mandatory)
• A team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
