Oceanco specialises in building large custom yachts up to 140 meters in length. Offering a highly personalised service to clients, Oceanco applies innovative design and technology to create one-of-a-kind bespoke yachts that respect the vision of both the Owner and the designer.

We are a project-oriented management company outsourcing the main yacht building packages to our strategic co-makers. Your meaningful purpose:

Shaping and delivering communication plans, within given procedures and guidelines and within given authorisation level, to support marketing initiatives, boost engagement, and align internal and external messaging with the brand’s values.

What will your challenges be?

-        External communication

Develop communication plan and submit to superior for approval.

Create and write valuable, relevant and consistent communication for internal and external communications. Design and execute compelling content for marketing campaigns across digital platforms, sales and promotional materials. Oversee website content, newsletters and social media channels to grow audience. Partner with the team to create impactful communication assets for yacht launches, yacht shows and key industry events.

-        Internal communication

Develop communication plan and submit to superior for approval.

Drive internal initiatives that celebrate company culture, values and milestones Develop and circulate engaging fleet newsletters, announcements and event related materials.

-        Representation

Represent the company in all ways. Create, develop and maintain an international network with various third parties (e.g. international press relations) as far as applicable for the position and – where applicable –after approval of superior. Provide high level standards at all times and places, all in line with procedures and guidelines, and if necessary, take corrective actions. Safeguard the privacy of clients and the confidentiality of data, information and yachts.

-        Reporting

Ensure timely and correct reporting to superior in accordance with procedures and guidelines. Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new communication opportunities and inform manager accordingly.

What do we ask for?

• HBO degree in related area
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• You recognise yourself in the following competencies: Analytical ability, Communication skills, Collaboration, Initiative
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• A good command of written and spoken English
