Oceanco specialises in building large custom yachts up to 140 meters in length. Offering a highly personalised service to clients, Oceanco applies innovative design and technology to create one-of-a-kind bespoke yachts that respect the vision of both the Owner and the designer.
We are a project-oriented management company outsourcing the main yacht building packages to our strategic co-makers. What will be your challenge?

  • Manage the entire recruitment process: drafting vacancy texts, assessing applications and conducting interviews to making an offer in collaboration with the hiring manager and HR business partner
  • Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with the hiring managers/stakeholders (e.g. agencies)
  • Deliver excellent candidate experience: managing candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start date
  • Continuously optimizing the recruitment processes and reporting in collaboration with your direct colleagues
  • Proactive sourcing, effective recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns

What do we ask for?

  • Higher Vocational Education with relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a technical environment
  • You recognise yourself in the following competences: Helicopter view, organisation engagement, communication, entrepreneurship and perseverance
  • You are pro-active and problem-solving in your approach
  • You are a proud and passioned professional that is eager to learn
  • A good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in the Dutch language is a plus
